About
Huxley-Parlour Photographs
Huxley-Parlour Photographs represents leading names in British and international photography, specialising in significant works from the twentieth century to the present. Part of Huxley-Parlour Gallery, it builds on a commitment to photography that has been central to the gallery since its founding in 2010.Our programme brings together photographers who have shaped the history of the medium and those extending its possibilities today. Working with artists, estates and private collections, we present established bodies of work alongside less familiar material, guided by an independent eye and a sustained interest in photography’s place within the wider history of art.Alongside artist representation, we deal in exceptional photographs on the secondary market, with particular attention to the quality, provenance and significance of each print. We work closely with private collectors and institutions on individual acquisitions and the development of collections over time.
